      Would you like to become a Developer here?

      Would you like to become a 'Developer' here? Developers will gain full admin powers on the forum and have the ability to promote users to 'Staff' and 'Experienced Members' ranks. Can't Change Key Settings/Callouts

Hello, when I try to open the settings file, everything goes well. But when I try to save it, I press "Save", and then it says "Access is Denied." Can someone help me?
