Would you like to become a Developer here?

Would you like to become a 'Developer' here? Developers will gain full admin powers on the forum and have the ability to promote users to 'Staff' and 'Experienced Members' ranks. They will also have a section on the forum dedicated to their mod just like the Police Pursuit and Paramedic Mods have now.   Or perhaps you would like to help the existing mods by enforcing forum rules and slapping people about when they've done wrong?     If you already have mods that you've made and would like to submit as part of your 'CV' then feel free to contact me directly.   For more information read here:   http://mods.team-neo.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=54

from: C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Rockstar games

to C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\My documents\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\savegames

message appears (NOT GTA IV has stopped working).

Possible solution: lack of ram or video memory. Lower graphic settings (preferably from the game menu (before loading the game).

Problem: Game crashes with "GTA IV has stopped working message".

Possible solution: Either a coding problem (that will be fixed) or lack of resources. If not any of these, this problem could be a compatibility issue.

Problem: Graphics are messed up

Try these things:

1) Run the game with a clean vehicles.img (wich means NO vehicle skins)

2) Update your video card.

You may also want to include that:

Game crashes and error

message appears (NOT GTA IV has stopped working). = lack of ram or video memory. Lower graphic settings (preferably from the game menu (before loading the game).

Game crashes with "GTA IV has stopped working message".

Either a coding problem (that will be fixed) or lack of resources. If not any of these, this problem could be a compatibility issue.

You don't have to add them if you don't want to :P

What to do if first of all it says "GTA EFLC has stopped working" (but if you do nothing the game starts) and then, in game, for some random reason in some random moment the game just freezes. It doesn't crash, the sound is like the game is still running, but nothing happens.
